Manila - Philippines - It all happened last Monday night, July 25, 2016 at around 9:30PM when Mark Vincent Garalde was seen biking on P. Casal Street in Quiapo Manila when a red Hyundai Eon with conduction sticker MO-3745 bumped him.
As seen on the video the two were caught in a heated fist fight after the suspect went out of his car. In a couple of minutes, it appeared that the two were about to separate ways as Mark Vincent was seen walking his biking for a couple of meters and the suspect, went back to his car.
However, apparently, the suspect went back to his car to get his gun and confronted the victim, shooting him dead. As reported, the suspect shot him once in the head and fired four more shots when the victim was already lying on the surface.
The suspect went on his way to the Ayala Bridge.
As reported by PhilStar, a police source identified the suspect as Von Tanto. The police recovered a .45 pistol in the crime scene.
